Teamster Japan operates as an international retailer and exporter of automotive parts, accessories and related products.
All orders are subject to review, acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion.
2. Product Information & Compatibility
We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate and current. However:
- Product specifications may change without notice
- Product images may differ from actual items
- Product descriptions may contain manufacturer or translation errors
- Availability is not guaranteed
Vehicle compatibility and fitment are NOT guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Teamster Japan.
Customers are solely responsible for confirming product suitability before purchase.
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in [CURRENCY].
Prices may change without notice due to:
- Manufacturer price revisions
- Supplier pricing changes
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Shipping cost adjustments
If a supplier or manufacturer increases pricing after an order is placed, Teamster Japan reserves the right to request additional payment before shipment.
Orders may be cancelled if revised pricing is not accepted.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse suspicious transactions
- Request identity verification
- Cancel orders with pricing or listing errors
- Limit quantities
Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes or abusive purchasing behavior may result in permanent refusal of future transactions.
All payment processing fees and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Manufacturer lead times
- Carrier delays
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
Teamster Japan reserves the right to select or change shipping carriers when necessary.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the destination address.
6. Import Duties, Taxes & Shipping Terms
Shipping terms may vary depending on destination country, shipping carrier and product type.
For shipments to the United States, Teamster Japan may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services where import duties and taxes are included at checkout.
For other countries and regions, shipments are generally sent under DDU/DAP terms unless otherwise specified.
Under DDU/DAP shipping terms, customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- VAT/GST
- Customs clearance fees
- Local taxes
- Brokerage fees
Teamster Japan is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products can legally be imported and used in their country or region.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours unless supplier processing has already begun.
After supplier processing begins, cancellation requests may incur:
- Restocking fees
- Supplier cancellation fees
- Payment processing fees
Special-order, made-to-order, discontinued and clearance items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
8. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.
Original shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned items.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold “AS IS”.
Teamster Japan does not independently provide product warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Racing or competition use
- Normal wear and tear
- Compatibility issues
- Labor costs
- Vehicle damage
Warranty claims may require supporting photos, videos or professional inspection reports.
10. Motorsport & Off-Road Use
Certain products sold by Teamster Japan may be intended for:
- Motorsport use
- Competition use
- Off-road use only
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, emissions regulations and road-use regulations.
Installation of aftermarket products may void manufacturer warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teamster Japan shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Vehicle damage
- Installation costs
- Labor costs
- Loss of profits
- Shipping delays
- Customs-related issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the applicable product.

- Graphics
- Product descriptions
is the property of Teamster Japan or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Privacy

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court, Japan.

If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.
