For shipments to the United States, Teamster Japan may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services where import duties and taxes are included at checkout.

For other countries and regions, shipments are generally sent under DAP/DDU terms unless otherwise specified.

Under DAP/DDU shipping terms, customers are responsible for:

• VAT/GST
• Customs clearance fees
• Local taxes
• Brokerage fees

Teamster Japan is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can legally be imported and used in their country or region.

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment dispatch.

Tracking updates depend on carrier systems and customs processing.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on:

Additional shipping charges may apply for customer-requested split shipments.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
