- We will only accept returns or exchanges if we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping. Please notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the items.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after the stated time limit or if the product has been used, modified, or installed.
The items must be in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to the buyer’s mistake, such as discrepancies in year, manufacturer part number, color, or other individual compatibility issues.
- We can’t cover the cost lost or stolen package, nor can we interact with the shipping carrier to locate your lost package, if the tracking information show it was delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered.
