SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide from
Japan by reliable shipping companies — DHL, FedEx, UPS and Japan Post. - Your purchased items
will be dispatched within the agreed processing time, usually handling time is 10
business days. - Please note that the
purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If buyer’s
shipping address incorrect or incomplete, we can’t be responsible for replacing

RETURN
- We accept return in 14
Days, the item must be in the same condition as it was when received, have the
original undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, we will not accept used, modified,
and installed items. - In case of returns due
to buyer’s mistake such as model year, manufacture part number, color, or other
individual compatibility issues, it will be charged by the buyer. - If buyer select
incorrect return reason, we may deduct return shipping cost from your refund. - We can’t cover the cost
lost or stolen package, nor can we interact with the shipping carrier to locate
your lost package, if the tracking information show it was delivered, then we
will assume that it was delivered.
