- In case of returns due to buyer’s mistake such as model year, manufacture part number, color, or other individual compatibility issues, it will be charged by the buyer.
- If buyer select incorrect return reason, we may deduct return shipping cost from your refund.
- We can’t cover the cost lost or stolen package, nor can we interact with the shipping carrier to locate your lost package, if the tracking information show it was delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered.
